Join us on May 16 for our annual Step Up for the Park Fitness Event, a morning of movement and community in Fort Greene Park featuring a group walk led by Chelsea Piers, activities from Shala Yoga and Crunch, and remarks from USA Olympic fencing champion Keeth Smart.
The celebration continues all season long with more opportunities to move, connect, and care for yourself alongside your neighbors. From Yoga in the Park presented by Shala Yoga on Saturdays, to the Chelsea Piers Run Club kicking off soon on Tuesdays at 6:30pm, and to AMP’d classes beginning May 4, these free programs create space for health, connection, and well-being in the heart of our community.
