Shala Yoga

Join Shala Yoga in Fort Greene Park on the Eastern Panel of the Monument! Shala Yoga offers a free vinyasa-style class, blending breath and movement to help stabilize the mind and strengthen and stretch the body.

Classes are free, suitable for all levels, and on a first come first served basis. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle—weather permitting.
