AMP’d Class With Chelsea Piers Fitness
Join Chelsea Pier’s Coach Declan Julien in Fort Greene Park, right next to the monument! This high-intensity interval training class will challenge your body and boost your energy with a mix of bodyweight strength and cardio exercises.
Community Wellness Team
The Community Wellness Team is a group of peer specialists – people with lived experience who have been trained to support others who struggle with mental health, psychological trauma, or substance use - managed by our partner Services for the Underserved (S:US).
The Shala Yoga
Join Shala Yoga in Fort Greene Park, on the lawn south of the monument for Yoga in the Park. This class is vinyasa-style, meaning we blend breath and movement to help stabilize the mind and strengthen and stretch the body.
